The work is based on information compiled by Technorati and this time has included some 300 travel blogs. Our blog, the only one hostel on the list, was located at the # 122, not bad.

Hostel Colonial in Happy Hotelier T- List

Ultrafashion T-Shirts

Curriculo Lito Vitae

This blog was created using local humor, which was used as a platform to create a marketing campaign “0” cost with excellent results and that today has taken its own way, with faithful followers and we could call it Hostel Colonial B-Side.

The challenge for 2008 will work, work and more work, looking interrelate web and blog based on Hostel Colonial as tourist services company whose business purpose is the lodging sale and capitalize on the work done in social networks, to realize a participatory blog . We have a year to achieve. Walk this way, Hostel Colonial Blog is definitely Web 2.0.

Happy New Year.

HOSTEL COLONIAL – BUENOS AIRES – ARGENTINA IN A 200 TRAVEL / HOSPITALITY BLOGS LISTED AND RANKED BY HAPPY HOTELIER

Today in Happy Hotelier the Hostel Colonial Blog was first time published in a T-List, this is the original post:

“Inspired by Guillaume’s Unofficial Travel / Hospitality Blogs Ranking I spent blood sweat and tears to get the T-List more up to date and used Technorati Authority as ranking method. Please do not hesitate to comment for any errors made. Also there may still be some differences with my T-List Page. They will be weeded out in a later phase (I have square television eyes now).
Funny to note that some heavyweights like Lonely Planet and others have not claimed their Blogs on Technorati (last column is “n” or “no”) If there are question marks in the last column I wonder whether the Blog is abandoned. With the “!!!” I indicate something is not entirely clear with the Technorati claim.
Finally I wonder of this work has been done already by the Spanish University researchers behind nr 199 of this list. I would like some of my Spanish language friends to look into this matter. They seem to use a much more modern approach than the old fashioned cutting and pasting I did here. “

Thank you so much to Mr. Guido Van Den Elshout
