HOSTEL COLONIAL – BUENOS AIRES 42K – THE 2009 BUENOS AIRES MARATHON
Each year since 2006, reaching more consultations on the Buenos Aires Marathon. Athletes who must manage the most of their resources have chosen Hostel Colonial. This is a first approximation.
In 2009, the Buenos Aires Marathon change the route! The runners can enjoy the beautiful Buenos Aires city, passing by the more emblematic and historical places of the city. During 42 kilometres you will find lakes, wonderful forests, the luxurious Alvear Ave. with the best hotels, the financial world at the Downtown (near from the Hostel Colonial), the Government’s House close to the Cabildo and the Cathedral, also the Obelisk, The tourist neighborhood of San Telmo, The famous stadiums of Boca Juniors and River Plate, the colorful neighborhood of La Boca, The sophisticated neighborhood of Puerto Madero, The widest river of the world and the new and modern tunnel of Sarmiento Avenue, finishing this striking crossed in the wooded Figueroa Alcorta Avenue.
